She studied with Peter Voulkos and received her degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Description:	I start with a basic form (usually modelling clay), working with that until I get the shape of the face (mask). After the shape is defined, the next step is the actual base for the mask. In my early masks this was paper-mache. However, the current medium of choice is Bondo since it provides a firm base without the wait time for drying that paper-mache requires.

Description:	I have designed and created masks, headdresses, headpieces and fancy veils for Halloween costumes, Mardi Gras, Venetian Carnival and Masquerade, for themed parties, themed weddings, theatrical productions, and just for fun. My work is crafted from various materials: stiffened fabric meant to conform to the contours of your face for a unique fit; papi?r m?ch?, and an interesting metal-look material. Each mask is meticulously hand-crafted.
