The Mask Studio features original theater masks and fine art masks, hand-made by
artist Beckie Kravetz. The designs include classic Commedia and Greek styles, realistic human faces, neutral masks, animals and fantasy creatures. All of these masks, with the exception of the Art Masks, were designed for theatrical use. Half and 3/4 masks are available for speaking characters. Full face masks, which give a more complete sense of the character, can be custom
built to facilitate speaking if necessary. The Art Mask gallery displays decorative, wall-hung
masks in a variety of materials including resin, bronze and papier mache. The theater masks are available for sale or rental.Art masks are for purchase only.

Most of these masks are wetfolded from one sheet of paper, no cuts or glue. The paper does not stretch much during this process. The basic is based on the work of Eric Joisel. | Description: | Vadra has been working as a metalsmith full time, for the past 10 years. She works primarily with copper but also incorporates glass, leather, ceramic, fibers, beads, and jewelry making techniques into her work.
Each piece is made individually, by hand in her beachfront studio located in the town of Paia on the Island of Maui. She works primarily from 5 inches to 3 feet in size but is also available to do large scale custom installations. Her work ranges from cute to serene to shamanistic.
