Take plastic milk jugs and cut them in two from top to bottom.
Cover them with masking tape so paint and glue will stick to them.
Cut out eye holes
Paint em and glue feathers and stuff to them.
Put a string around the back to hold them on. Elastic string works best.
Yer done.
