Albertas Zulkus, a woodcarver and a member of Lithuanian association of traditional art, was born in Telsiai in 1933. He graduated from Scool of Applied Art in Telsiai and since 1958 lives and works in Palanga.As the years passed, he organized six personal exhibitions in Lithuania, Sweden, Germany and France. His works are exhibited the Museum of Amber in Palanga, one of the largest museums of this kind in Europe. While artist?s newest works wait for their owners in his workshop and art galleries, most of them are already spread out around the world and found their place in private hands, collections and museums ? all owned by the people who understand and appreciate beauty.
