well, being as i am incredibly new to this, my plans for a halloween mask could go many different ways. my first mask, which i just finished painting, turned out very different from what i had origionally planned (when the brush hit the mask after a base coat of fleshtone, she decided how she wanted to look. she has blue, black, and "pixie dust" glitter accents and i must say that i think i like her. i am really proud of how she turned out-especially as she is my first). for my second, it will again be a full face (that is all the local hobby shop carries and i don't know how to make my own yet so i am using those for now) with a fleshtone base but this time i plan on using black, crimson, silver, glitter, and attempting to add feathers. if there is any advice you could give me on painting tools (i am having a difficult time with the brushes i have) and techniques i would greatly appreciate it.
