OThER: Advice about displaying masks RSS

    • Greetings, all! I'm new to this forum, and came here hoping to get some good advice. I have a beautiful Venetian mask that I bought at a Renaissance fair in Berkeley, UK - it's a large, feathered affair - and I'm having trouble finding proper hardware to hang it. Does anyone have any advice or resources you can point me to?

I'm assuming that what I want are two long pieces that screw into the wall, coated in some way, and slightly upturned at the end - and that I would sit the eyes of the mask on these pieces. Does anyone have a better way to do it, or know of any specific, 'professional' mask-hanging hardware that can be purchased anywhere?

My goal is to get this thing on the wall securely and safely, with as little damage to the mask as possible, and with the hanging hardware as invisible as possible.

      Thanks in advance!

      Amy
