• Hello.
Have some questions for maskmakers who uses a blue wool paper.
From specification I have understood, that it is thick paper enough - 826-484 g/m2.
What is the fibre in it? Is it cellulose or a cotton? What this paper is similar, on a blotting or toilet paper maybe? Is it possible to replace it?
Unfortunately I have not opportunity to buy this paper from ?squires-shop.сom?.
Maybe someone who can send me a small piece(f.e. 6 x 6 см) of this paper in an envelope by post (to Belarus)?
I shall be very grateful for the help.
Thank you

• I'm pretty sure it's wool in it as the name implies. Squires sell 2 types 1 thinker than the other. It is quite stiff when dry but if you rub it, it quickly absorbs the oil from your fingers and becomes pliable. If you get the Agostino Desi book (or find it in a library) there is a sample of the paper in the back.

• I see.
While I can not order a paper or buy the book, unfortunately. Probably it will be in the future. AlanC, and what about you? Сould not you send me 1 small piece(f.e. 6 x 6 см) of this paper in an envelope?
Bu the way, if it is really wool paper then it should characteristic smell after burning (as burns a bird's feather).
If it burns smells as a usual paper, it does not contain a wool then.
