    • Hello, I'm new to the board and I need mucho help.

I've alway thought of myself as a creative person and I can ussaly catch on to making things pretty quick. When I went about making this mask which I figured would be simple I ended up with plenty of bad results.

Here is a link to the mask I intend to make. Please copy and paste the URL into the adress bar at the top of your screen.

What I inteded on doing is using my redspandex, black fabric, and white see through vaile fabric to make the mask.

The idea was to first make a red mask that could fit my head. After that I would cut eye holes, and put some white vail fabric I have over the eye holes. Finishing up with black fabric with triangular eye holes cut out over the white fabric.

For my first attempt I used cloth red fabric. I didnt measure my head right and I things didnt turn out right.

So I decided to buy some red spandex since that whould streatch to the proper size. When I tryed to sew with the machine the spandex would bunch up.

So the next one I sewed by hand and the steches where too far apart and it busted apart.

So I'm looking for some advice on how I should go about making the mask. Or better yet some ideas of how you would go about making the mask. That way I will be able to learn from what you tell me.
I would really appricate your help.
