masker? maker of masks? master of masquery? I don't know. Doesn't seem to be in the thesaurus or dictionary.

masker? maker of masks? master of masquery? I don't know. Doesn't seem to be in the thesaurus or dictionary.
In french, a maskmaker is called "un facteur de masque"
I believe it comes from the word "manufacture".
Even though I speak french, I find it funny that "facteur" also means "postman".
It applies to me, as I deliver a lot of my masks myself...
In spanish, another word for maskmaker is "mascarero", but this is a neologism not included in any dictionary and used in stage designers and pupet maker circles.
I hope that "masker" (I never hear that one) maybe comes from this spanish neologism.
